Panaracer tyre Q - 'Sport' ?

been into a shop today and they have some panaracer tyres which at first glance were pretty cheap !

i noticed though that they said sport on the packaging, and since ive searched online they are a cheaper version but i cant find out why

anyone know ?

    Might be the ones with the lower TPI, or might be wire rather than folding.
