When ever I get out on the trail and I have to get over an object I always have trouble getting my back wheel high enough to completly clear the object. If my chain ring can't get over it I have either get off the bike or damage the chain [:I]. Has any got any tips to help me lift my back tire higher off the ground without clipless pedals. Or any sights or other forum topics which may help? thanks

P.S I also have truble getting my back wheel off the ground when attempting a bunny hop any tips?

push forward on the bars and tug your legs up/ bend your legs

(this would probably have been better in general)
