Fitting Suspension Forks

Need some advice on fitting some new RockShox Tora 302 that I bought for my hardtail Cannondale. (Bear with me as its nearly 10yrs since I was in the game). Does anyone know any good internet resources/guides to show best way to install? Also does anyone know what type of headset goes on the Tora as I think I need a new one, are there specific types?
