Rock Shox Judy XC + help

i am new to these forum, just so you know.
I have recently bought some Rock Shoxs fork for my all purpose bike. They are cheapish off Ebay and are Judy XC's. my problem is their are many adjustment switch an i have got a clue what each does.
Fisrtly at the top of each Pillar(?) there is a rotating switch, of which i have no clue what its for (i guess tightening)
And on the bottom there is an allen key bolt, and a Knob.
what do all of these do? Thanx

LBS it if your not sure, they should be able to set it up for your weight and everything
btw, that post could get flamed by some people because you have a knob on your forks.
