Broken Elbow

Hey, at the weekend I managed to get a clean break in my elbow whilst sessioning some park. I had to get an operation to get metalwork put in to fix the bone and Me being new to mountain biking was wondering if anyone else has done this and how long will it be before i should get back on my bike.

    dont rush it but do exercise the arm according to physiotherapist if poss.i broke my back yrs ago and it got weak coz no exercise

    You can get back on the bike when the doctor says so. why bother asking us?
