I have just bought the above 'factory built' wheels and would like advice etc on tensioning/checking the spokes out of the box.
Is it likely that they could become lose on the 1st/2nd and should keep a spoke key with me?

Yes even though I have had my new ex729 on revolvers since christmas I carry a spoke key everywhere because I just know a spoke is going to come loose or the tyre will catch on my frame slightly since im running 2.5's on my chucker.
