Hayes Mag hoses

I want to shorten the hoses of my Carbon Hayes Mags, but I would like to have some instructions before I start. Is there anyone who has experience with this? Do I need new pieces?

I tried the Hayes website, but all I get when I click on something is errors...

You will need new olives and a bleed kit.
