Hi.

i'm taking part in mountain mayhem, does anyone know of any good energy bars that do the busniess and taste good?

    Power bar, high 5, go bar, they taste allright and are good energy wise, get some energy powder for youre water aswell. you'll be high as a kite so you'll feel like you can ride for ever. lol. good luck!!

    has anyone done the Mountain Mayhem ride before, and have any tips.. like for handovers etc...
