Can I set the display such that the big number is the total distance (or whatever other variable I want), rather than actual speed?

    Disclaimer: I don't have one and have never seen one in person. That said, I think the answer is no. If you look at the photos, it seems to be a fixed layout. The field labels are fixed - You can tell this because the kmh and mph labels are in slightly different places on the screen, because it's a fixed LCD display rather than a proper screen. It will most likely have been built with a small set of fields available in any place on the screen, with the speed fixed in place.
