Lovely day, didn't do much with it. Couple of lazy walks only, not in any shape today to be riding. Pity as had just installed bling cranks on roadie yesterday, still untested. I ditched the power meter ones on there because frankly they're pointless for me.

Traditional slow start was enjoyed, this was followed by a waddle to Lidl to buy bread and milk. Avoided looking at unnecessary tat in the middle aisle. Now have a few jobs to do before going to visit the old dear.

A bit of slow start before being encouraged to spend most of the putting shelves and curtain poles back up that we’re taking down for the decorator. Now seem to be sneezing a lot I wonder if I’m actually allergic to DIY.
