Advice and tips for Loch Lomond

I planning a trip to Loch Lomond next week and hoping to try some Gravelfoyle trails. My bike is set up for South East England (mud). From what I can tell from photos, the terrain looks like hard pack gravel and some single track. Do these trails drain well should I consider a faster rolling tyre? How muddy can it get?
Also any rides around Balloch greatly appreciated as are any pub recommendations, for the evenings of course. : )

Can’t comment on the cycling as was up there with non-cyclists for walking break, however pubs etc:
Balloch House. Good Sunday roast and also ate in there once of an evening.
Balloch chippy. Decent take away chippy
St Mocha coffee shop. Good coffee stop having just walked Conic hill
For walking options, Conic hill, the Cobbler and Ben Lomond.
It was certainly muddy in places and we went October.0 -
Rec the Clachan pub in Drymen, dates from 1700s but good fare and food 😉 At least was when I was last there in 2011... Was on a tourer then not gravelling. E side of Loch Lomond to Rowardennan, on tarmac, nice ride with the hotel bar at the end of the road
Loads of gravel routes over towards Aberfoyle.0
