Sat outside the gym with the losers at 6am. The upside to that is I'm at my desk at 8.07 showered and with provisions from Asda, unfortunately no pork pies or pizzas were purchased.
More garden DIY later as well as two small kids to contend with.

@seanoconn can deliver pork pies and pizzas on his way in.

I was thinking about going to the gym early doors but decided to stay in bed instead. They don't open until 9 anyway.

pleasantly sunny and mild, though the roads are heaving again which made things rather slower than usual

Pork pies and pizzas - Mmmmm. I've got some dumbells in the Twatcave, I could call that a gym - which is where I'll be working today once I've had my Weetabix.

Anyhoo, went to look at a Fraud Crocus 1.6 for a mate.
The car is A1. I said don't quibble on the asking price in case some bloke turns up cash in hand with the right money.

Just put Beans to bed. (honest).

Morning all. At work contemplating whether to drop 2 new young engineers in the deep end or not. Suspect both wondering why they said yes to the job.

As long as you're on hand for help when needed and you show your appreciation it'll be fine.

It was a lovely morning for a ride. Shame about the roads being full of cars/vans/lorries etc...I thought fuel was meant to be expensive.

    Afternoon folks,
Another hectic day in the orifice, just grabbing a moment's respite. Might take a slightly longer route home to see if I can cope with downtube shifters, a hill and longer gearing. Was going to stay out for longer, but have been asked to go for beer and curry.

It is. Couldn't quite brim the Panzer at the local Petrol station just now as I hit the £100 limit for 'the pay at pump'. And it was showing just under a quarter full beforehand.

Anyhow, lots of fun and games after junior hound escaped again via a fox made hole under the fence. Went round to the house in question who have a massive back garden to see the hound going full tilt after a fox. They disappeared into the thickly wooded bit and after totally failing to find him, he reappeared about half an hour later...

Been busy with security arrangements after that.

Okay chaps - can you convert a Shimano 9/10 speed freewheel to an 11 speed?

It's the best answer you've had so far

They roam freely in the back garden but usually crapp in the same spots so easy to find. Mostly...

depends on the wheel, if it's actual shimano brand, don't think so, shimano 11-speed is too wide

for other brands fitted with a sram/shimano freehub, see if there's a campag freehub available, see here...

    Ta SG.

I just thought it may add to the marketing of the DA wheels I have up for sale on ebay.

You see, if it was food, I could add arôme and l'essence de and stuff like that.

You still could but then it would be too obvious you're desperate to get rid of them.

Not vintage enough though, fall into the bracket of being obsolete but not classic. The number of people selling old sh!t with the word Eroica in the listing to add value is absurd.
I say this as a mug with a bike fully kitted out in period correct Campagnolo, but I bought very carefully.

If I list them for 20 years they will be vintage.
They are on auction starting at 99p. [gulp]

Such a shame. Fantastic wheels I bought 2nd hand for iro £300 and have lasted and stayed true.

They're almost worth putting a bid on, but then I'd have to buy a groupset to go with them, then a frame...
