    Dial a spud?

Brighter and breezier today. Unfortunately, not nearly cold enough for hallucinations SG.

What's the sculpture theme all about?

I apologise for the fact that you lads have had to start your days for the last 6 months or so, not knowing the weather situation in the West Mids. It must have been hard for you.
But today is grey and damp. There is precipitation, more than drizzle but not quite rain. Rizzle? Razzle? Or is that just a magazine from my yoof?

Are you going to get stuck in or are you just being casual observers?

Physio today. That hurt, which was apparently the whole point.

Coffee, lunch, and a few errands in town, then a bit of tidying up round here.

Must get on with some admin b0ll0x I've been deferring for a couple of weeks. Meh.

    Morn/noon.

Just found out that my sister, a non cyclist has fallen off her tricycle (don't ask!) and fractured her hip. Silly woman. Oh well.

    Warm commute. Hope it lasts.

    Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

Been beavering away in the man cave (TM Stevo 666). Sorted out car insurance for the Mrs, which seems to be a fair bit cheaper now we've moved out to the sticks. Will do some weights in a bit then it's cider o'clock.

Well yeah, it's a 750ml bottle of Merrydown. Already done one rep :)

Nope, Weider - solid steel. Lasted me 30 years so far.

I had a set of them.

High reps, low weight though Stevo - if you want pedalling stamina.

Upper body strength is the name of the game. I need to get back on the bike to get pedalling stamina - exercise bikes are soo bloody boring.

It's tedious but as it was already there and I'm not using it àfer this injury is sorted, may as well.
