Reliability? You are mixing apples and pears.

Original stuff? I have replaced 90% of that list with OEM parts.
Why would I start again - all the vulnerable bits have been powder coated and all the bushes have been changed. It's good to go (bar servicing) for the indefinite. Given that it will spend the rest of it's life in a garage between Jolly's, corrosion/deterioration will be very very slow

You have to remember that it's now 32 years old. It's done 152,000 miles.
