    They have just passed throughSan Pellegrino Terme, at the foot of the Zambla Alta climb, and famed for its mineral water. The mineral water company give an award each October to whom a panel of experts consider the best young chef of the year, and a book with one recipe from each of that year's 48 finalists, who come from all over the world, is also published.
    (It is also where I had one of the best Granita ices/sorbets I've ever had)

    And more sombrely, the small town, population around 4800, was also one of the worst Covid-hit places in the world. Alone in just the month of March 2020, about 50 people there died from Covid, not a high number in itself, but over 1% of the population.

    Are they easing him out as it moves more to GCN than ES? He seems to have been on less this season but that could just be me watching more races I don't normally see.
