    I may or may not have bought an expensive suspension seatpost instead, which may or may not have f.ucked the geometry of the bike.

    It did indeed. Unfortunately the pre set cushioning sag gives the saddle a bit of a set back and as the saddle was already slammed forward for my long legs, I might have to get a shorter suspension stem to match.
