Wahoo Core Rust

Got some rust on legs of my wahoo core turbo trainer.... Anyone else had this and what's best thing to remove rust and refinish/paint/spray? TIA

  sandpaper and paint. brush or spray, your choice.

  The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.
