Pogacar can most likely drop everybody if he wants to.

But he is smart enough to conserve his power for when he actually needs to if his yellow jersey is under threath.

I'm going to attack, but not too hard in case they catch me.

    O'connor attacks!

I thought this was going to be his last hurrah for the day, but he's stuck with them well.

Jumbo doing a good job salvaging their Tour here fair play.

Got a lot of heat earlier in the day for their tactics but they’re coming out on top here

Anyone else thing the “@rse on saddle” rule has taken the heat out of descents?

Looking like everybody's worst fears after week 1 were correct. Net change in the GC won't be 3 minutes, but will be exactly zero.

    Pello Zubeldia appears.

We're going to have to add Bilbo to the Eye Spy list now that Zubeldia is no longer around.

The Tour's tracking data has just gone weird, presumably as it can't cope with a leader that's finished the race. The cut off is 43:41, EBH's last reported gap was 43:21.

I wouldn't be overly confident of him completing the rest of the course as quickly as Sep Kuss did.

    He's been embarrassing today.
Several glaring mistakes and truly awful rider recognition.

Kirby was just as bad as usual.

Nice chat between Valverde and Kuss at the end there.

Ineos's biggest mistake of this Tour? bringing Tao GH to the race.
He's been more invisible than the Invisible Man.

No wonder Dennis is jumping ship.
