Vounteering sesh again this morning. Today I will be mowstly pulling thistles (each to their own) down by the riverside. Early bail as I have more stuff to do at home prepping for a Week Away! next week. What are these strange things called 'holidays'?
Work avoidance, followed by summer cocktails, I’m thinking pina colada and mojito, saves me buying separate bottles of spirits. Silliness and beach at the weekend.
Big lunch yesterday out with friends was good. Fat Pig Farm.
Rubbish weather here at the mo, but winter.
Today was dog walk then hospital paperwork admin morning. Afternoon of not much, but gave the new trainer thingie a proper go with a "movie" ride. Somewhere in Bavaria apparently. Worked well, although I need to re-index gears for it.
Weekend of much the same to come I expect.

Mornink all. WFW and slightly more sedate than yesterday. Hopefully management wallahs will do one early today. Beer in fridge cooling ready for tonight.
I'm still alive... Just. Rode to work this morning as I'm going riding and runnering after I finish. 1. BMW driver pulled out blindly in front of me. 2. Got squeezed in the queue of school run traffic. 3. Almost pushed into the kerb by a vauxhall driver.
Observing the rule of 6 tonight to watch some guys kick a ball about.
Which beach? We're going to the beach. Not for silliness though - we will sit under a parasol and tut at people engaged in silliness...
West Wittering. Leaving super early on Sunday. Tent, chairs, blanket, spades (for burying serious poser types) inflatable boat, life jackets, plenty of food, kitchen sink.
Wife had GP appointment today. Lumbar Puncture results are back and they indicate that she doesn't have MS. Which is good.
However GP is concerned over her increasingly degrading colour vision and weight loss and has been told to go to the emergency eye clinic at the hospital. GP now thinks she has some sort of autoimmune disease which is attacking various parts of the body and it could possibly be a reaction to the AZ vaccine. FFS

Beaches in the SE on a hot weekend = traffic jams and scrum down. We are avoiding for now even if it gives the dogs unlimited digging opportunities.
Busy morning, we seem to be trying to buy an entire sector company by company at our place and it's a right faff. Anyway, roll on the weekend as I'm out for a curry with mates tonight at my local place.

Limited parking, booked early. No other parking nearby so shouldn’t be too bad.
Afternoon folks, WFH so communt was rather less hazardous than HD's. Is the standard of driving worse as things return to normal after the quieter roads of lockdowns? Feeling a little hungover after going to the pub with a few neighbours last night. I suspect I feel rather better than the lad does though. Haven't heard from him yet unsurprisingly. Glad it's not MS Elbow but hope they get to the bottom of it soon for you.

Cloudy, sunny, breezy, sort of mild, sort of funny weather.
Will get back on conservatory roof to sort out last few niggles.
Coffee and cake later.
French onion soup and a crusty roll for lunch.
Curry for dinner.

And all of the above happened in the huge 5.5km from door to door.
It also just came up on Google as a secret beach for Londoners to try out
