Alternatives to a shimano BB RS 500 BSA bottom bracket..

Does anyone have any other options regarding the above as the above bracket is sold out in most of europe do to shimano shortages..?

  Shimano BBs are basically all interchangeable. For example, this Ultegra one is in stock for not much more than an RS500 one: https://www.wiggle.co.uk/shimano-bb-r60-ultegra-6800-bottom-bracket

  Just be aware that it states:
  
  Please note - TL-FC25 bottom bracket installation tool is not included
  
  So you may need one if you don't have one already (assuming you are fitting it yourself)

  I only ever use the Ultegra ones - often the price difference is bugger all and to my mind they look neater.
