    Don't really mind Boulting, but though he was much better suited to the ITV4 interludes as Boardman's fall guy. him making the final is surely a quirk of the way the tournament ran.

    I think Ned Boulting had a somewhat easy run into the final, given his meagre semi final total of 9.
    Come to think of it, anybody up against Kirby had a pretty good chance of making the final.
