Where are we all going tomorrow?

For me it's a trip of 55 miles to pick up an ebay purchase that I won over a month ago. The seller was happy to keep it until I could travel.

Anyone else have a journey they've been waiting to make?

    16c forecast so first ride in da shorts for months and months... Have there been some travel restrictions then?

    Depends on how you define "essential".
    It was acceptable to many, against the rules for most. (Most is a guess).

    Not going anywhere.

    WFH and the in-laws are coming to sit in the garden so they can see their new granddaughter and the grandson they haven't seen properly for months.

    I managed to combine the pick-up (an anvil for my son) with a nice day out in the countryside.

    The car wondered what the hell was going on! It's the first time it's done more than a few miles at a time since October.

    He likes to do a bit of blacksmithing. I made a him a forge a couple of Christmases ago using two steel car wheels joined with a pillar, one for the base and the other makes a dish at the top. Fitted with a compressor to give the draught.

    He's got a big bar of metal with a flat on it at the moment to hammer on, but needed a bigger working surface, and an anvil has a horn on it so he can curve things around it.
