can't make the d/s completely solid - no matter at what pount i point the clip in still have a couple of mm of movement, centre does up, does up, does then whole thing falls apart.pinno said:@sungod

Utterly confused as have used these cranks before with no issues, only change is to Italian threaded cups..The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.

Does seem weird. Whack a BB spacer behind one cup perhaps and see if that fixes it? May be that the Hirth joint bolt is bottoming out in the thread in the NDS arm and not fully tight spline lock in there?MattFalle said:

Problem solved - I gave it a stern talking to, took it all off, put it together again in exactly the same order and now its perfect.
utterly random and bizarre....
but again - grazie mille..The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.
