BMC SLR01 2019 Sram Red Etap 2x11 OR SLR01 2020 Sram Force AXS 2x12

So, Im looking between two bikes:

BMC SLR01 2019 Sram Red Etap 2x11 (not AXS)

BMC SLR01 2020 Sram Force AXS 2x12

    Have you got the specs?

I'd normally go for the Red over the Force, but what are the wheels on each?

Sram aren't really supporting eTap 11 any more. For parts availability, I'd go with the Force AXS. It's a bit heavier, but the gearing options are great.

How can they not support a bike/groupset that they sold less than 2 years ago?

Sorry, I should have used clearer language. I'm sure they will support warranty claims, there's a legal obligation there. There's reports that they won't be producing any new parts though, so if something breaks outside the warranty period in a couple of years time, you may struggle to find replacements. I have an eTap 11 speed groupset, so I'm hoping that the reports are wrong or they reverse the decision, but I wouldn't buy one now until there's explicit confirmation of future production.
