    If you are struggling to ride on the drops on a road I would be a bit wary about riding on gravel

    If you can't find anywhere around Cardiff to gravel cycle just head to Newport where you can have the same experience as cycling through Aleppo, Sangin or Kabul.

    But I always find that it's sometimes better to learn from others more experienced, and what better way than in a group.
