Looks really nice, Dolan have a freat rep, shame its disc.
Do they do a rimmer?.The camera down the willy isn't anything like as bad as it sounds.

They used to do a rim brake Ares, back in the days before discs on road bikes was a thing. They looked awesome and I desperately wanted one but wasn't in the position to get one at the time. They occasionally come up on ebay, in fact there is one on there now

Personally I like the look of it. Steve cummings had a pic riding one on his Instagram back in November. Still not cheap by any stretch at around 4.5k or over for a Di2 model once you've spec'd with all the bars etc that you want, but marginally cheaper than many comparable bikes. Takes 32's as well. Would be interested in how the bike rides.0

You are right not much change from £4500.
I am look at the Ultegra model, not Di2 model, with Mavic Ksyrium SL UST Disc wheelset. I would then buy another set of ‘Best’ wheels for about £1000. Also add in pedals and for me Absolute Black chain rings. Total mounts up very quickly.
I wonder if I could do better for this amount

Every time I've looked at Dolan bikes the prices do seem to rack up quite considerably once you start speccing some decent parts on them.0
