Lost the dust cap/grease post screw on my Speedplay pedal

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement - all I can find is at evans which has 6 dust caps and screws for £22 which is ridiculous when I only need one tiny screw?

There is/was this pack but I can't find it in stock anywhere:

    Cough, I was wondering if any one knows where I can get replacement speedplay dust,grease covers.
