Hi folks, new to bike maintenance.
I have a Voodoo Bizango and slowy upgrading it. It comes with a Shimano Octalink BB and I read you can fit a Hollowtech II BB and crank to match.

Are these the parts I need? I understand i need to buy correct tools for removing and fitting the new parts.

    Yes, those parts are great.

Yes you'll need various tools to remove the current one and to fit the new one!
    - crank puller
    - Octalink cranks might need an insert too for the crank puller
    - Bottom bracket tool - recommend the Shimano one as it's much less likely to slip
    - Hollowtech fitting tool

If you're just getting into bike maintenance check out Park Tools on Youtube. Have fun!
