Difficult to sit on the back in that situation with them circulating so quickly.

  • Well, at least Pogacar was the second most attacking rider in that group.

    Hirschi caught...

Interestingly my phone autocorrects hirschi to hirsutism... Bit unfair since hirschi's facial hair is rubbish!

    Roglic to win then?

  • If Hirschi had left it 20m longer he'd have had it. Chapeau, awesome ride.

Turning into a much better race than I feared. Hopefully the Jumbo team will keep disintegrating when we have summit finishes.
  • I know they want the bonus seconds but... That's just gah!

This'll be censored if the Tour is decided by who can sprint best on the final 50 metres of a mountain.

The top riders are on their own with 20k to go, you can't ask for more than that really. There's a TT as well.
Not a fan of time bonuses, least of all at the top of relatively small mountains, and the fact that the Tour could be decided by them seems all kinds of wrong.

Wish they'd do away with them. I'm not sure they benefit the race.

Not what people expected ...jumbo fought early to limit the break ...from the gun . So I guess it was a plan to get into the bonus secs
