Quintana looking decent eh? This new team has been so good for him... couple of lovely vids of him thanking Conor Swift for his work yesterday and just looking calm and content.

Swift was really great yesterday. Nice to see.

Pogacar goes again, Carapaz just got back and tries to close.

Up front in the forgotten race Peters is re-opening his gap after Zakarin had got it back to 10 seconds.

So Yates not really just after stages?

Don't know why Roglic didn't work that break harder?

First proper mountain day suggesting attempts to reduce crowds have been futile.

Porte and Landa attack, all just trying to get back some of the time lost yesterday.

Just thinking that, watching some bell-end with his mask down over his chin running along shouting at Peters

If you didn't know it's obvious who lost time yesterday
  • The crosswind losers going for some take back.

Buchmann is paying for yesterday's show. He's the other GC leader lost

Not sure how much difficulty Yates was really in, maybe just pacing himself? Guess we will find out.

Pogacar having a stormer, allegedly 1 minute up. So much for the much vaunted Jumbo train, first real test and they fall apart. It was lucky WvA did such a great ride.

Martin attacks now. This is a surprisingly excellent stage.

Rare sight of Zakarin descending normally, in the drops... while Peters does a Froome pedalling on the top tube.

Roglic needs to grow some balls or he is going to lose this race

    Roglic doesn’t follow Martin.

  • Roglic must be suffering, surely?

    So much for no crowds
  • Would rather like Martin to do this - he sounds like an interesting figure.

Yeah it was looking pretty dross, but we have 2 races for the price of 1 now.

Could turn into an excellent stage for France despite Pinot.

Yates needs to push hard here, he can descend well so hopefully OK
