Why is Van Baarle at this Tour again?

I thought he was on the front when the split occurred?

Castroviejo and Carapaz back to the white jersey group now. Should be able to just sit on till the end. I said dropping Castroviejo back was a daft idea.

    Nope. It was Kwiatkowski.

12'43 to the Ewan group a minute ago.

WvA takes it, JA looked in contention but got barged out of it, Sagan slipped a chain so gets nothing for the work and keeps the green jersey alive.

Didn't see much barging. They clashed bars maybe.

Sagan with some line deviation there and then some pinball afterwards.
Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.
  • I really hope Sagan scores well today after all the work Bora did

    I think I jinxed that🙄
  • Get in. On the ‘heavy’ bike too. Woo bloody hoo.
  • Alaphilippe complaining about a Stuyven sprinting in a straight line is sort of fitting.

i think this stage attracts a 22% or poss 18% I dont know how the tour has categorised it finishing time cut off bearing in mind the speed so as much as 46 minutes or 37.8 mins

Either way its lots on a stage like that

Bora killed themselves there for limited success

Yeah, seemed to get baulked somehow just as he looked like he was coming through but couldn't quite see what happened.

More dodgy sprinting in a small group of non-sprinters than there has been in the proper bunch sprints! Was that EBH in second? If so he did well after being the first to go from what seemed way too far out.
