    There was a stage like this (possibly a mountain stage) last year or the year before where it went nuts from the gun to get everyone excited and then fizzled out to nothing.

    I still get the impression most of them really C.B.A. Teams are sending riders out, as a ‘breakaway’ who are only ever going to get mullered. No one ( G.C. talking ) is going for the kill.
