Zipp axle end cap Rear drive side
Hi all ,
I have a nice set of Sram s30 al race wheels, from 2009 but barely used and fitted with Shimano 10 speed freehub.
I would like to run a 10 speed Campag freehub (I have the freehub which fits all ok) but the only part restricting this is the drive side end cap .
This end cap slides inside the Shimano freehub but is to big in diameter to fit inside the Campag by a couple of mm .
Pictures below will show what I mean by this
The axle is 17mm and the end cap pushes into it as it’s non threaded & it pushes in 8mm.
I wondered if a anyone has one of these end caps in their spares box as I can reduce its size so it fits , it’s only the dust shield part that I’ll be reducing so nothing major .
I can’t find this exact part online anywhere and have asked various shops but no luck , & I can’t seem to contact zipp to ask them directly.
I wonder if anyone can help out ?
