Most people just add bikes to their home insurance. Cheaper.

Mate just got paid out for stolen Voodoo on home insurance, full £650 refund no quibble, no hassle.

Thanks all I am going the specialist insurance route this time, hopefully with some kind of crash replacement. Its a big spend so want to keep differently from homes, we do the same with jewellery.

    Why?
I have accidental damage* and loss worldwide for my bikes and jewellery on my house insurance. They are listed individually so specific and added surprisingly little to my premium.

*Racing is excluded which may or may not be an issue.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.
