    Got a fair bit of work on which is good in a way. A large cottage pie (serves 2 but just for me) is cooking in the oven, which is even better. Will probably need to go running tonight to burn it off as I slacked off doing any exercise yesterday.

    Lovely still day. Took OH out for a ride lap of the headland. This involved a lot of stops "to enjoy the scenery"... while gasping for air... :smiley:

    More fettling of old clunker. Turbo ride to get the exercise minutes up. Then small blackberry pie with ice cream to undo all the effort.
