    Lampre before they turned into UAE - last seen in about 2016 at a guess.

    Prior to that Cannondale/Liquigas - around 2013 I think, as Nibali won the Tour for Astana in 2014

    Nippon Vini Fantini were Japanese / Italian. I don't think they were ever World Tour.

    After I saw this I googled Fassa Bortollo......they threw the towell in and the end of 2005...... :o thought it was much later.

    Of the traditional cycling countries you've only really got France (Germany maybe) with two teams. I suppose its much more multinational than it was in the past.
