Which TT saddle

I'm in need of a decent TT saddle as I'm suffering with the road saddle. Like many, I have a couple of hard internal cysts that get uncomfortable after a while, but too small to bother having the scrotum sliced open to remove. I see that ISM get mentioned a lot as a favoured saddle for perineal relief, but also that the fore rails can sag after a while. Any recommendations?
I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.

    I use an ISM but it's a pretty personal thing, might be worth trying to pick one up secondhand and see how you get on?

    You can often get saddles really cheap on eBay. Its a good way to try them out cheaply.

    Got a local Triathlon shop so will give them a try as the Triathlon specialists seem to have plenty of saddle options.
