please diagnose this knee MRI / ligament damage

dear sirs,

i would like that somebody that knows the job look at these knee MRI pictures:

and tell me the diagnose / and how i should heal myself.

i would like to know how much i damaged my ligaments.

    Can you not ask a doctor? Some bloke off the internet could steer you the wrong way and make things worse.

    Yeah, cos Bike Radar is full of specialist rheumatologists. I hope no one has clicked that link! I recon it's possibly a very dodgy one that will infect your PC with nastiness!

    Seemed ok on my phone.
    Just some black and white scan images that mean absolutely fa to me.
    I'd recommend amputation, then you won't need to worry about it ever again.

    would love to help - but to get to MRI stage, a doctor or physio must have given some idea what is wrong. Its typically only when those have failed that you seek help on a forum
    I am suspicious you just rock up with an MRI.
    if genuine would suggest hamstring stretches and knee strengthening exercises.
