Caad12 internal cabling

Has anyone set up gearing cables on a caad12 , do they have an internal sleeve for the cabling ? Looked at one today , pinging every gear change like a metallic echo . I was told it had no sleeve . Very off putting but if it’s an easy fix ...

    Are you looking at the current model?
    Mine is a bit older (2018 maybe) and it has a plastic sleeve on the gear cables but I'm not sure if it's full length and might just be around the BB shell and the chainstay.
    Changing cables is a pita, but I've not noticed any rattling or pinging - the new model may be different.
