No cyclists crossing bontnewydd bypass

So a national sustrans cylcway the main route between north and south wales not will have now to cross a newly built dual carriagway road no brigde or underpass....

    Yeah it just crosses the road no brigde or underpass so not much consideration for cyclists, terrible design.

    Surprised its even legal to build new infrasructure like that for a national cycleway crossing a new build dual carriageway?

    Otters bagders etc have there own "tunnels" so are more important

    I wonder what happened with this one, I'll try and find out if nobody else knows seeing as it has been resurrected in the name of otters.
    People were kicking up a fuss about it at the time but I don't know if it ever got anywhere.
    In theory, there is legislation in Wales to stop this happening but I think the wording is more like "consider cyclists/pedestrians" and "if the cost isn't too high".
