Anyone got info about precisely what the organisers mean when saying ‘reflectors’ must be used?

I’ve asked themif flashing lights will be enough but no reply yet. Do they mean front facing, rear facing, spoke mounted (front, rear, both) .... all of these?!

Never seen this requirement before and don’t possess any reflectors (unless those incorporated in my rear light count).

  • Says “reflectors and/or bike lights” in the event guide but doesn’t specify beyond that that I can see. I was just going to use front and back Lezyne femtos
  • Reflectors are a legal requirement when cycling in the dark. Hence the message by the organisers.
Given it'll still be dark when people are riding to the sportive, that's why they've had to mention reflectors to stay complaint with the law.
As we all know though no one enforces this law on reflectors, some lights would probably be a good idea though.
