Morning, rain here also. Supposed to dry up later for bikes. I've contaminated the rear pads though so I'll probably be going a bit faster than usual...

Cold and showery here too. Physio this morning, then various jobs this arvo.

Fitted a few more parts to the new frame, but still waiting for stuff.

Looks nice Mr Spinner, front chainset looks pretty large in the pic.
Just a standard 53/39, although new chainring on the way, and 11-28 cassette I think. I was *sure* I had a DA 11-23 cassette in the drawer somewhere but can’t find it, would look better with that on it.

Thank you, will look tidy all finished. Thinking I should remove some stickers from the wheels. I can (just) live with the “Roval” bit but the “Fusee” one looks cr@p. However if I take that off they’ll look unbalanced. Both off or leave on?

Also *slightly* miffed that all the online reports were that this frame was very tight for tyre clearances, so I ordered some 23mm ones. Turns out there’s loads of room, could fit 25’s easy, and maybe even a 28 on the back.

Well done HD, one less worry. WS, I'm assuming it's flat around you, as much as I'd like a 53 with a 28 max on the back my lardy ars* would struggle. I'll stick with my compact on my best bike and triple on my touring come commute bike.
Flat-ish, just rolling lumpy bits mainly. I’ve not ridden a roadie in a couple of years now, so will be “interesting” to see how I go.

    What's that MF?

Morning all, rode in, spent half the morning trying to stop the French tax gestapo trying to rob us blind and the other intrigued at why idiot sales people don't appear to know the meaning of 'no'. Having some lunch then onwards to more fun and games.

soooo tempted - i had a red/black/silver one with a full Yoshi race system that I smashed to bits. problem is that i would never find another that isn't fecked and i don't have the time to use it so it would just sit in the garage falling over occasionally.......

there you go - couldn't be bothered to get it out of the garage for a full frontal, but have a bit of carbon swingarm/carbon hugger/Galfer disc/hand made pipe/underslung caliper/hand made caliper braket/ti bolts everywhere/HRC rear reservoir action.

Please note 8 Ball valve cap.

And yes, the exhaust bracket to the swingarm linkage will be done next.

I'll take some more pics when I have a chance.
