Faster tires for a hybrid bike?

Hi, Does anyone have experience with Continental "Contact" or "RIDE" style of tires? I currently have the Cross King CX 32mm on a 700C rim on a hybrid bike. https://www.continental-tires.com/bicyc ... ss-king-cx
I'd like to get faster tires if possible. The idea is to lose the knobs and have the tires more narrow, to get the speed. I'd still like tires that perform well on small gravel, dirt and perhaps softer surfaces as well. Comfort is important too.
I'm likely looking at a 28mm tires based on what's available from Continental's and what I've heard about 28mm tires in general.
Does anyone have recommendations on a City/Trekking tire that might meet my needs? https://www.continental-tires.com/bicycle/tires I'm also open to other brands and suggestions, thanks!

If you can fit 35mm tyres then Planet X are selling Vittoria Hyper Voyagers cheaply:

They're bloody quick tyres and the fact that they're 35mm will mean their comfy and handle looser surfaces well. Only issue is that they're hard to find and Planet X only have brown ones left.

If puncture protection isn't a top priority, there's no reason why you couldn't fit a pair of 700x28 Continental GP4000S IIs, which will measure ~31mm.
My set of GP4000s did ~2400 miles approx June-October inclusive last year in the South Downs lanes, from memory, I think I had no more than two punctures.
700x28 Continental GP 4 Season are pretty good too, they measure ~29mm wide, bit more puncture protection and only a little slower than the GP4000s.================

I would say in my experience they're better than 4 seasons, the only pair of which i ever had didn't hold up very well at all0 -

What bike and rims are they going on? 28c should be ok, unless the rim is wide, but they may look odd.
