You can stick any race report in here, as this weekend sort of marks the start of the UK road race scene.

9th March BC Eddie Soens Memorial

10th March LVRC Harold Nelson Memorial (for me)

I'm at the Eddie Soens tomorrow, only watching though. It looks like it might be another wet one.

    I'll post pictures tomorrow.

That was some ride my Matt Bottrill in the Eddy Soens. In difficult conditions he attacked from the whistle and gained a lap on the entire field. The wind on the back straight was particularly vicious, goodness knows how he stayed away.

Probably one of my worst results ever today with a 40th.
I actually was quite happy after a week of flu hell last week and got to the finish without a DNF.

Pinvin Road Race: A vicious head/crosswind, cold and all out pace from the gun did for me after 12 miles. Unable to hold a wheel and DNF'd.
Next race 2 weeks time - let's hope it gets a tad warmer.

Was pleased with the efforts at Welland though last week.
Tomorrow it is Nottinghamshire bandit country and I have a head cold, doh.

Well first ever crit was supposed to be today, go race down at torbay but not enough men turned up to make a race. Joined it with the ladies pursuit race later on as a bit of fun, fingers crossed for a better men's field next month.

Well that was another day to remember (not).
If it wasnt for the fact it was the Tommy Godwin Memorial, I would have climbed off before the last lap in the p.. rain.
