Hammer Series on in Norway at the moment. I clicked on a link for it last night and saw some of it on the YouTube stream. 1800 - 1900 people watching when I saw the last 5km.

That's pretty woeful, no?

Then I've just looked on Cyclingnews and it's not even mentioned. And they have every 2 bit race known to man on there most of the time.

Surely this isn't sustainable? Have there been fallings out with the media or something? The concept always felt like an unholy mess but even so this just all seems strange.
Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.

It's just on at a bad time of year. Putting it on when there's mountain stages of a Grand Tour is like opening you film on the same weekend as an Avengers movie.

For the final event, they haven't even bothered to schedule it for after the Giro.
Instead they have timed it to coincide with the final hour of the race. (currently 20 kms to go)
    Bonkers. Tumbleweed time.
