Any recommendations for best shift and brake cables when routed internally - cable rattle prevention?

if it's not under compression, you could use ptfe tubing, i use this as the liner with nokon and powercordz, 2mm id/2.5mm od

you can buy a length branded by powercordz, https://www.powercordz.com/product-page ... ordz-liner, or just get generic ptfe tubing from amazon/ebay/wherever (better if you want a different size to match the frame)

Wont be under compression, so that tubing type would be good to go.
Just wondering if those internal routing kits are worth considering to alleviate any hassle as it s a fresh frameset build and heavens above they could have put cable guides in, but no, they havent.

If you mean like the Park Tools IR-1.2 kit then absolutely worth every penny for routing
