Culmination of months of petty work politics today, should have stopped off for popcorn on the way here. It's sad that my job has essentially now become arguing with pensioners.

To top it off, the OH woke me up this morning by shouting at me for 5 minutes, it turns out I'd annoyed her in her dream. Now I'm late and in a bad mood. Luckily I'm riding again tonight so everyone can just f*ck off.

    Morning

Short, chilly ride to the office this morning. Brakes seem better this morning after some fettling last night. I think I'll give this evening's TT a miss as the start time has been put back until quite late and don't fancy hanging around in a car park for 90 mins this evening.
Seems someone's gone on paternity leave and told everyone I'll be going to his meetings this week even though I don't know what's he's been working on

Feeling chipper today after two bike rides yesterday. The disappointing part is that it was the same route on both occasions, the cheery up bit was Aspull on the second.

Today bring a mass of AutoCAD and some shuffling of paper.

    Morning from sunny Madrid :)

Just done the dry run of my presentation and am now pretending to listen to other peoples practice runs. Beats working I suppose.

Hotel is a bit crap but were off to a nice restaurant in town tonight where there will be plenty of good food and plonko Espanol.

if they would just allow us to pay illegal immigrants/asylum seekers to do work @ say 50p per hour.

Why does Oxo need luck? 105km (66 miles) on day 1. 120km (75 miles) on day 2. With support.
At milemuncher pace, day 1 @ 10 mph, 6.5 hour ride. Add 30 mins snooze, food and piddle, 7 hours.

Today will be mowstly tying up loose ends and insulting people on BR as I have a meeting in Dumfries tomorrow.

    Rubber necking Madrileñas... totally envious.

Insults aside, does anyone know of any womans road shoes (spd-sl), around £50-£80 that don't look like road shoes?

Morning, still full of grot so avoided work, day of loafing planned on the patio with the doge an a laptop. Need a new kit bag as well turns out mine must have proven interesting to the aforementioned doge. Strange she never does that kind of thing.

Anyway may stare at my keyring an watch some tritium decay, I have a nice coffee to drink which is a shame as I cant taste sod all with this cold, an some music to listen to.

Those aren’t words, “does her idea cube” however is made up of words so TLW and the MFs have a point.
#PINNOFAIL would also not work as it implies pins don’t fail. #Piñaisdaft does work however, this teaches us that Pinno is no good for hashtags.

I'm planning my trip to our Madrid tentacle in September. My contact there, Beatriz, is something of a looker. Hips, bum, thighs and those deep Spanish eyes.
