Ridge / Halfords Pannier spares clip / hook

A friend of mine has a Ridge pannier, it is a few years old, and one of the clips that clip onto the pannier has snapped.

Broken clip

Apart from asking Halfords, is anybody aware of some clips she could reuse? From what I can see the bolt is still there so there might be some other brand clips that might fit, any ideas very much welcome :)

    Might take some work but it looks like Ortlieb QL1 fittings would work, just replace the bar where the hooks attach with a QL1 bracket and hooks, from SJSC she'll be looking at £20 with postage.

    Might need new holes drilling etc depending on current hole centres, pretty sure the bracket hole centres are pretty standard on Ortlieb bags, I cannabalised my Roller pannier when it gained a couple of holes and added the inner pocket to my City Roller. If you can measure the current hole centres I'll measure my bag and see how they compare.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    So you are saying she should buy: Ortlieb QL-1 Long Rail - 4 Holes - w/ Mounting Screws - E169 and Ortlieb QL1-Hooks with Handle 16mm with Inserts for 8 & 11mm - E162 right?

    That might work even if she would have to make some new holes, she is pretty handy with a sewing machine and all sorts of clothes repairs so she might be ok with this. I will ask her about the distance from the hole centres (where the bar is held).
