Sidi road shoe sizing advice

Hi all,
looking for some advice as in title.
I live in a remote area so a 10 hour round trip to try on shoes and find that they dont have them in my size is not an option.
I will have to order and hope and if not send them back.
I am currently a 41.5 in a Shimano which is a good fit and 42 in a Giro which is fine but I could possibly go down half a size.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Personally I find Sidi come up small so I wear a full size up in them compared to other brands I have; giro, bont, rapha etc.0

I agree, need to go at least 1 size up between Shimano and Sidi.CAAD9

Definitely size up, I am normally 44 with Fizik shoes but 45 in sidi0
