Does anyone know of a dealer based in the UK who has stocks of these (long) mech. savers (long one, for Campag)
The mention in C+ got me interested, but Google's come up with nothing in the UK.
Since I dropped my bike at a pee stop I've got a bit worried! :?

Probably because it's not needed ? Never broken a rear mech like that in all my years and i love a good coffee stop.

It's called crashpad but you can buy it abroad if you really want it.
  • Thanks cougie,
Looked abroad and it seems that the postage is nearly as much as the Crashmat.
Off to Austria soon, must look out some LBS before I go.
Oh BTW it's a 2017 Chorus rear mech, so the Crashmat costs peanuts in comparison.

  • Didn't you read? - it's not available!
Anyway I have two already. I use it to put the horses' hay in.

I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
  • Thanks redvee,
